The XLUX soil moisture meter tells you, instantly, whether the plants need water. With this tool, you will know that sometimes though the top of the soil looks very dry, just beneath the surface it’s very wet — no wonder the plants are struggling. It’s very easy to use, just stick it in the soil and the dial instantly tells you whether the soil is dry, moist or wet.

Tips

Step 1

Gently wipe the probe’s tip with a paper towel or cloth 5-10 times.

Step 2

Then insert it into the soil.

Step 3

Wait for approximately one second. Note moisture value in the dial.

Step 4

Remove the soil meter from the soil and wipe the probe clean.
